Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day catering operations across multiple locations, reporting to the MD (Owner) you will be the hands-on face of the business on the ground.
You will be responsible for the operational delivery of non- commercial catering, ensuring the highest service level is delivered, compliances with all standard operations policies, overseeing stock rotation and keeping wastage to a minimum.
You will be required to provide ongoing reports to the Project Manager in relation to budgets, inventory and progress reports.
Requirements:
• College degree with 5 years of experience in Catering operations or related professional areas in
• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on man-management and leadership skills, budgeting, and profit and loss account, as well as margin calculations.
• Interviewing skills
• Must hold advanced certificates in Food Hygiene and HACCP.
• Worked on POS restaurant software.
• Must be based in UAE
• Customer service and results-oriented.
• High initiative and positive attitude
• A driving License will be an advantage.
