We a recently established firm looking for a highly capable real estate manager to ensure that the property and related resources are optimally managed. In this role, you will be responsible for Business development, Design and implement a strategic business plan, negotiating sale & purchase, Recruiting, supervising staff members (Brokers Team) and Achieve growth and hit sales targets .

• Managing the sale and purchase of properties

• Hiring, training and supervising staff members e.g., Brokers

• Setting targets for Brokers (Agents) and monitoring their performance against set targets

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure

المهارات
• Must possess RERA Brokerage License

• Driving License

• Bilingual: English and Arabic

• Good marketing skills to effectively market properties on various platforms and by various means

• Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage the operations of the company and multiple properties

• Thorough knowledge of real estate market and industry norms

• Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations

• Good problem-solving skills to come up with effective solutions when challenges arise

• At least 5 years in same role in UAE, preferably in Dubai Emirate
