As an Sales representative and Office Manager for VITO Middle East, you can expect an exciting, dynamic position where no two days are the same. A VITO Middle East associate is dedicated, motivated, and reliable. Responsibilities & Duties: Office tasks, including, but not limited to: Processing orders/preparing invoices (Zoho Books) Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely fashion Keeping thorough records of all sales and transactions Providing customers with quotes on merchandise Answering telephone calls and providing assistance to callers Conducting simple modifications to equipment Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming shipments Preparation and organization of trade show material Responsible for inventory of service department Other tasks as dictated by business needs Sales tasks, including, but not limited to: Acquisition of new customers Existing customer care Product consultation and presentation Provision of services and support Trade show appearances Technical inspection and service of VITO products Delivering products Other tasks as dictated by the business needs What we offer: Competitive Salary Full-Time Employment Medical benefits Good career opportunities المهارات Must be able to reliably commute to our location in Dubai, Business Bay UAE drivers license & own car Must possess proper time management skills Must be authorized to work in the UAE Strong communication skills required (good English skills are a must) Must be dedicated, motivated, and reliable Professional, customer, and service-oriented attitude Previous sales experience preferred but not required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-representative-4599238/ |
