Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities to pursue and create business proposals of sustainable projects for Interiors Fit out to potential clients
• Generating sales, sell and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
• Responsible for managing the complete sales and marketing process of the business.
• Identify the client’s requirements and develop ways to improve their experience for Interiors Fit-out
• Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required and ensure the highest level of the quality of services products
• Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and/or contractor.
• To understand the legal requirement of the tender for Interiors Fit-out and manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design is an advantage
• 5 years’ experience in the field of sales in UAE in the Fit-out & Interior Industry.
• Strong background in cold/warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing
• Must have worked in a high-revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills
• Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point
• UAE Driving License is a must
