We’re looking to hire a Projects Admin to be stationed in Dubai to work as a Consultant/Technician with restaurant/cafe experience covering electronics/kitchen appliances (i.e. Dairy Dispenser, Coffee Brewers/Machines, Beverage Chillers, Freezers, Ice Machines, Turbo Chef (High Energy Microwave Ovens), Water Heaters) with minimum 2 years hands-on experience (Dubai).
Proficiency/Advanced level English communication and written skills.
Handles complete coordination with overseas client and overseas vendors, generating ticket systems and remotely following up work completions overseas.
Be able to discuss negotiate vendor prices and have an understanding on particular rates/services.
Knowledge of CAFM and similar operating systems will be helpful in order to follow a system that will be generated for the particular task.
No hands on jobs required, only required to work as an advisor.
