HR Officer Vacancy
The ideal candidate:
• Responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, payroll and benefits
• Update and maintain employees’ file
• Drafting and creating company policy and procedure adherence.
• Providing HR support and advice to employees & reporting managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely effective manner
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource and Business
• 3+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Wide knowledge of UAE Labor Law
