We are hiring for Contracts and Tendering Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage full Tender Lifecycle and administration
• Review the evaluation criteria for each tender submission and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare costing /commercial / technical bid and bonds if required
• Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid with all applicable stakeholders
• Review and format draft quotations/bids in order to comply with guidelines and client requirements
• Obtain feedback when tenders are unsuccessful (competitor and price information, reason for not quoting)
• Strive to continuously improve the tender process
• Reviewing contractual terms and conditions
• Review or Draft contracts between the company and potential clients.
Requirements and skills:
• Min 8 years related experience ideally in managing tenders, pricing and contracts
• Master’s Degree Finance, Engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in managing tenders/outsource contracts
• Familiar with UAE labor law
• Strong analytical skills
• Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
