Role :
We are looking for a talented individual with commercial acumen to assist us drive this arm of the business.
You will need to be a self-starter with a solid operational track record in the vehicle rental / leasing industry preferably within the UAE.
You will be an all-rounder who is willing to deliver hands-on responsibilities as well as shape the business and be willing to take responsibility for extending our customer base both private and commercial.
This position would suit an ambitious and result oriented candidate who is comfortable with managing a varied workload and assuming responsibility and accountability for their area of the business and other scope of work as following.
Prospecting new business including growth of corporate accounts, broker-ship relations and private rentals.
Selling to clients both face to face and over the telephone and insure all booking are booking requests are managed and handled in a professional manner. Maintaining existing client’s accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
To ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently in liaison with in-house Finance Department. Ensuring payments and related paperwork are completed effectively. Liaison with internal stakeholders and corporate functions as and when appropriate. Development and implementation of policies and procedures and terms and conditions as and when appropriate.
Working with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements.

Requirements :
Educated to a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree Level with a minimum of 2 years in the vehicle rental industry in the UAE.
Possesses the ability to create new business ideas and assumes accountability for the inherent risks and outcomes.
Exercises insight and action based on the needs of the customer or client both internal and external.
Possesses the initiative, drive and confidence to understand and subsequently deliver optimum value to the business without excessive supervision or guidance.
Customer focused with strong negotiation skills Ability to deliver new and creative solution to business challenges.
Must be Computer literate, well versed with MS Office and have excellent command of Excel with the ability to communicate both verbally and written in English. Arabic & Russian would be an advantage.
