We are looking for an IT Support Technician.
• Provided technical support in POS machines, including first- and second-level network troubleshooting.
• Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks.
• Manage all installations, deployments, and troubleshooting of networks, operating systems, and integrated technology systems across all outlets.
• Periodically check the computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
• Providing 1st line technical support, and answering support queries via phone.
• Resolving faults as reported on PCs, servers, laptops, Switches, LAN issues and Network printer
• Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
• Responsible for providing quality technical service by diagnosing, servicing and repairing the electronic security system of CCTV.
• Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Requirements
• One or more years of experience
• Candidate must be Locally available
• Can join Immediately
• Must have a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, or a similar field.
• A valid Driving License is preferred / ready for taking Driving within 6 months.
• Work Location: Dubai.
