Our company is urgently hiring for Sales Support Specialist
About the role
The candidate will work closely with the Sales Team under Asia Pacific Region to find potential customers and a variety of other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments and meetings with prospect clients and customers as necessary
• Identifying and researching client base to find new types of customers
• Facilitating calls and emails to prospective leads; schedules and follow up on calls with leads and existing customers
• Maintaining good relationship with new and existing customers to extend the customer lifetime value
• Attending and participating in marketing operations and events to increase the brand awareness
• Tracking and recording of all marketing activities
Qualifications:
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience / qualification
• 3+ years relevant experience in Sales Support
• Customer care / Call center work experience is an advantage
• Preferably female candidate
• Superior in written and verbal communication skills
• Has an Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation with customers
• Has an In-depth knowledge on social media and digital marketing
