Project Manager / Development Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager / Development Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Multiple project planning (budget, timetable, resources), follow-up and progress reporting
• Quality control, risk analysis & management
• Analyzing new products, ways of working and process improvement
• Works with very little supervision or coaching.
• Quality control, risk analysis & management
• BOQ and tendering
• Use of project tools, must be confident with IT, digital tools
• Participate in sales meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Willingness to commit for job 3+ years
• Experience on staff supervision and running of multiple projects
• Multiple residential villas project management
• FIDIC contract knowledge
• MS office skills: excel, word, MS project, etc.
• Project management software such as primavera
• Needs to get along with everybody
• Experience in the Middle - East construction industry
• UAE Driving License and owning car is a must
