Fitout Engineers

Hiring Fitout Engineers Minimum #UAE experience 5 years.
We are looking for a competent construction Fitout Engineer to handle turnkey fit out projects
Primary Responsibilities
• Must have experience in #AutoCAD, Ms Excel and MS Project to Prepare Planning/scheduling and Quotations of the projects.
• Complete Site handling to manage and lead workers and sub-contractors to achieve the tasks and finish the project with quality and on time.
• Must have experience in coordination with construction site and Building Management.
• Must have done projects like residentials, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Retail Stores etc.
• Must have knowledge about authorities’ standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc). Handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget of the project.
• Preparing Cost variation report before & After Executing Project.
• Site Progress Checking & Quality Supervision & Instruction as per company standards.
• Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors.
• Weekly updates and prepare minutes of the meeting.
• Keep proper and updated records of site surveys, logs and reports on daily activities.
• Coordinate the project with the internal team & Sub-Contractor with regards to Time schedule, Material specification and quality. Arrange working shifts and distribute the responsibilities accordingly.
• Insure Handover of the project within time schedule with control over quality and cost.
• UAE driving License (Preferred)
