Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs and grow the company’s client base and lead generation
Develop and negotiate contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Leading and managing sales team in line with the KPI’s/Targets

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Proven track record in Recruitment, Manpower Outsource industries in UAE
Skilled in Business Development processes and Strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
