Hiring Admin and Store Supervisor to premium brand of women’s cloth - YVON.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative and office duties.
• Management office assets, resources and ordering supplies, maintaining records management database system, and perform basic bookkeeping work.
• Order office supplies to ensure proper inventory.
• To assist Owner in daily administrative/operational duties. Attendance and assistance in photo shooting.
• Preparing purchase order from factory.
• Receive, open, and unpack readymade products.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise the goods. Report immediately if the items is damaged or missing.
• Maintain and update the database, files and inventory records must be organized and available as when it necessary.
• Have a knowledge to create a new shipment on Courier Company’s platform as DHL, FEDEX, Careem delivery, SWFTBOX and etc.
• Cooperation with a drivers and other entity for the shipments.
• Preparing items for the shipping: ironing, pack in the brand’s package.
• Monitor shipment, send track number to the customers.
• Cooperate with IFZA management via email or in person if required.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient mannerWe expect from candidate:
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written English
• Preferable experience in Administrative position, Sales, Logistics.
