Paralegal

We are currently hiring a Paralegal for a company in managing construction projects in UAE.
Job Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Drafting contracts
• Conducting due diligence on contracts and business agreements.
• Conducting company searches.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting letters of engagement.
• Laisse with UK lawyers for day-to-day progress
• Conducting due diligence on potential investments.
• Compliance checks relating to products in various jurisdictions
• IPO filings in various jurisdictions
• Keeping all product database up to date and compliant
• Maintaining related tenancy schedules
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Certificate from a recognized paralegal program
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience as a Paralegal
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong skills with MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Native English speaking is a MUST.
