Hiring Onboarding Consultant
Job Description:
• Create clear policies and employee #handbooks that explain company operations
• Draft and send emails with #information about the company and position, including work schedules
• Prepare onboarding kits
• Welcome new #employees’ upon their arrival
• Onboarding All new joiners in specified TAT
• Take Feedback from New #joiners on regular basis regarding there Onboarding process
• To ensure that all Tanfeeth values are implemented and followed by the entire team
Skills/ Work Experience:
• Up to date knowledge on technology domains
• Communication skills
• Negotiation and #Influencing
• Lead/motivate team
• Achievement oriented (Skills)
• HR Experience preferred
