• Chef de partie
• Demi Chef de partie
• Commis I
• Commis II breakfast
• Chef de partie Butchery
Banquet:
• Demi Chef de partie
Positions for a la carte outlets:
• Sous Chef
Candidates MUST be able to physically come for a trial shift, hence overseas applications will not be considered.
