Job Responsibilities:
• Generating leads and clients.
• Assist sellers and buyers with purchasing or selling the property.
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
• Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
• Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Manage property resale.
• Keep up to date with market trends.
• Prepare necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
• At Least 1 or 2 Years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or in Sales in Dubai.
• With valid U.A.E driving license.
• Strong sense of responsibility and aggression.
• Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Industry.
• Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Other languages such as Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Urdu have added advantages.
• Dynamic Personality and Interpersonal Skills.
• Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
• Commission-based remuneration structure.
