We are hiring an Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality in handling communication from the Director’s / BDM desk.
• Liaise with relevant individuals in various departments to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for the weekly meetings.
• Collate monthly presentations from the concerned departments with timely reminders & follow up.
• Collect and Collate data’s & reports for RACI Presentation
• Follow up with all the departments and gather necessary data for BSC file consolidation
• Conduct weekly meetings with the BDM to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system and BDM’s confidential data.
• Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedule and calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, and seminars. Identify and resolve independently issues with calendar and schedule.
• Preparing minutes of meetings and circulating the same to the concerned for further follow up and implementation.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection to BDM’s business tours and ensure that the arrangements are in place to match to his requirements.
