Hiring Portfolio Manager
Requirements:
• Graduate Degree
• Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service roles. (Real estate background preferred)
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about the products describe/explain them to prospects
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively
• Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal
