Senior Interior Designer residential and hospitality
Role and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Interior Design Team and supervise their work progress
• Develop overall interior design concepts, formulate interior design presentation strategies, and provide active/creative leadership to the interiors team
• Ability to perform complex interior Design assignments, work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Coordinate multiple projects throughout all the stages. i.e.: From Pre-design, Concept Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation to Post Design Stage
• Responsible to maintain all phases of the project as per schedule
• Present projects through its different phases to Company’s CEO and Clients
• Able to work well with clients, external consultants, product representatives and fabricators
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or similar field
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Residential / Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Senior ID Position
• Software: Revit Architecture, InDesign, Autodesk, AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp
• Able to start immediately
• CV and Excellent Portfolio of previous works
