Compliance Officer

Urgently looking for an Emirati to join our esteemed organization as the Compliance Officer.
Job Title: Compliance Officer (Emirati required)
Job Description:
• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
• Excellent communication skills
• Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests
• Ensure compliance with all accounting business.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance issues and direct them to the right channels for further investigations.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Must be a UAE National with Family Book
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Language: English and Arabic
• Experience – Preferred 1-2 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with all business state and local regulations
• Location – Dubai, UAE
