Field Sales Supervisor– Al Ajban Chicken
Role:
• Control, direct, and manage sales activities in assigned territory
• Lead and supervisor a team of van salesmen and merchandisers
• Achieve territory sales target and support individual team members to achieve their target
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and are coverage
• Ensure customer service in terms of order fulfilment, merchandising, frequency of service, and complaints handling
• Control wastage through forecast accuracy
• Negotiate and close big deals with wholesale customers
• Ensure collection within the agreed payment terms
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Interact and cooperate with other members in the organization for smooth operation
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience as team leader in FMCG industry. Preferably poultry and/or dairy.
• Good spoken & written English. Arabic will be an advantage.
• Computer literate
• UAE light vehicle drivers’ license
