Responsibilities include:
Outreach
Contact and conversion of prospective car sellers from existing classified platforms
Contact and sign up prospective car dealers
Onboarding
Onboard car sellers
Onboard car dealers
Review car dealer applications
Review vehicles uploaded
Provide assistance to sellers and dealers
Follow-Up
Contact sellers upon auction end and after sale completed
Contact winning dealers to ensure sale progressed
Ad-hoc
Quality checking vehicles uploaded
Other administrative tasks as required
Promoting the business at specific events and locations
Providing timely feedback and reports as requested to the founders
Regular calls to listed dealer network to encourage engagement in the platform
Manage inbound enquires or questions via the ‘contact us’ WhatsApp
Provide basic technical support
Social media activity
