Hiring an IT Officer. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes.
• The candidate should have excellent organizational & communication skills
• Exceptional problem-resolution abilities & Strong guest interaction skills
• He should be a team player, enthusiastic & self-motivated
• Understanding of Networking Equipment
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks
• Strong technical background, with specific requirements as follows:
• Detailed knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10, Knowledge in management & operations of PMS (Micros-Fidelio), Opera, Oasys, PABX/Voicemail/Call Accounting, RIS, Sales & Catering
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Information Technology
• MCSA/CCNA holder preferred
• Microsoft Certified Software Engineer
• Minimum two years of experience in an IT role with a 3 / 4 Star Hotel
