Qualification requirements
• 5 - 10 years of experience in UAE
• Must have current Dubai Municipality License
• Can join immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing all technical submittal (shop drawings, material submittal, method statements )
• Coordinating with operation team for preparation of site progress and daily reports
• Liaison with authorities and portal application
• Works with AutoCAD, STAAD
• Can identify and manage discrepancies between drawings, MEP and Structural
• Modification of drawings with required changes
• Coordinating with procurement officer to issue LPOs
• Monitoring the site progress base on the baseline programmer
• Can do structural design and structural calculation
• Works to tight deadlines
• Team player
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Experience: Technical Engineer: 5 to 10 years (Required)
• License/Certification: Authorities Approval (DM & DCA) (Required)
• Valid UAE driving license
