Sales Executive
Language: Arabic (Required)
As a Sales executive, you are expected to create long-term, trusting relationships with prospective clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including BRAND, Multimedia and Campaign & Influencer department) to improve the entire client experience.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Onboarding clients with an onboarding process strategy.
• Oversee work from the team.
• Define critical to business social media KPIs.
• Measure the success of sales campaigns and report monthly.
• To offer digital marketing solutions and consultancy services that includes SEM, SEO, SMM, SMO, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, Website/App development etc.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, direct emails, networking and social media.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying & adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives & profitability norms.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure business objectives and targets are met.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Present detailed analytical reports to Senior Management.
• Serve as the main point of contact in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Management.
• Min. 1-2 years’ business sales experience in a digital marketing and influencer marketing in the UAE.
• Knowledge of the social media marketing industry, strategies and tactics.
• Ability to assist in development of strategic social marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Arabic & English.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with online engagement
