Hiring Business Development Executive
• Job location - Dubai
• Experience - Minimum 3 years sales manager experience in real estate /holiday homes/ 5 star hotel
• Job Industry - Holiday homes
Main responsibilities:
• Follow Sales process to close leads generated from Marketing.
• Generate leads from cold calling.
• Build a relation with brokers to generate potential leads.
• Qualify Leads and ensure properties brought on board are up to companies’ expectations.
• Achieve quarterly Target
Requirements of the Role:
• Experience in property acquisition in either the real estate market or holiday homes.
• Previous experience in Sales in a 5 star luxury hotel in Dubai.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Excellent English written and communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must have a valid driver license.
