We are looking for IT Support Specialist JD is as below
• The desired candidate Must be an expert in MS Office, Windows, Microsoft
• Products, OS, Domain configuration, Email/Exchange server, MS
• Office365/Azure, Apple MAC etc.
• Must be able to handle all desktop/Laptop/Server configurations within the company including Android, Apple, Cloud products and services.
• Should have knowledge and experience of handling network configuration, switches, routers, VPN, IP PABX, LAN configurations and cloud business applications.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in Sales POS applications, ERP Systems (Orion, Tally etc.)
• Assists in planning and implementing changes to workstations and/or servers’ environment and services and review of operational procedures and workflow and suggest improvement.
• Should have experience in NAS & SAN storage devices. Should have experience in firewalls.
