Hiring Tele Sales Consultant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Industry or similar industry.
Desired Candidate:
• Candidate must be currently present in U.A.E.
• Should have experience in Tele sales.
• Immediate Joiner.
• Good Communication and Sales skills.
• Go-getter and Optimistic attitude.
• Languages preferred : English, Hindi, Arabic, Russian
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Calling clients in need through cold calling, provided leads, advertising mediums.
• Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns over calls.
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.
• Conducting negotiations with the clients over call.
• Following-up with the Tele-Sales manager on Regular basis.
• Undergoing training if required.
