We’re looking to hire a dynamic Product Manager to join Excellence Healthcare Services team in Dubai, UAE.
Position: Product Manager
Department: Marketing
Reporting: Report to the Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Design and production of the brand marketing strategy/marketing plan
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for each brand.
• Manage the marketing costs within agreed measures to maximize returns on investment.
• Track, analyze and review the performance of the territories against targets.
• Adopt KOLs to get timely insights towards developing brand strategies.
• Utilizing of IMS, to monitor brand performance.
• Train the sales team by conducting relevant programs to improve the product knowledge.
• Conduct cycle meetings to brief the sales team about the quarterly strategies.
• Organize and participate in National/ International Scientific Conferences
• Works to influence positive consumer brand experience and the business’s revenue achievement through enhanced consumer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in life science (pharmacy, medicine, science).
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience in marketing role minimum of 2 years.
