Position Title: Customer Success Agent

One of Technology Solutions companies in UAE.
Job Description:
Conduct Student & Parents’ Orientation sessions on Usage of Technology in Education and support them to use technology and e-learning platforms
Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up equipment where appropriate.
Deliver training programs in formal (a classroom), or online (eLearning and webinar) settings.
Adapt the training program / plan according to the customer’s needs.
Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver required skills.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
Male, 25 to 40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
At least 3 years’ experience in the same role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10 / 11 and M365 applications)
Previous knowledge and experience in Books, Publishers industries and online learning technologies is a big plus
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
