XLS Loyalty Management Support Executive
Job Location: Dubai
Job Description:
• Perform all #responsibilities in #accordance with Network International competencies, compliance, regulatory, and information protection mechanism.
• Knowledge of the #loyalty Domain and #process flow of debit/credit transaction processing to loyalty reward earning.
• Review and recommended solutions on issues #included in exception reporting.
• Prepare various to effectively #monitor activities, #identify issues and trends, and recommended #changes.
• Good knowledge of #Application Server (Tomcat) preferably.
• Should have good #hand on experience in #Installation, DB activities, SQL Queries, and #monitoring of Applications
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of XML-based message specification.
• Knowledge and #hand on experience of the #MVC Architecture module.
• Hands-on experience in Java, and J2EE and good knowledge of Core Java.
• Hands-on #experience on SQL Queries using #different types of Joins, writing and debugging PL/SQL procedures.
• Understand and communicate the expectations of the client internally. Ensure the #communication of status is done on a timely basis.
• Maintenance of #Loyalty application – POS Earning/Redemption, Campaign, and Merchant setup, different #import and export processes
