الوصف الوظيفي
• Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.

• Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern and preference to assist them in making a sound-decision regarding the purchase of property.

• Contact potential clients via calls, emails and other means to offer them about the consultancy services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies.

• Maintain an extensive database of commercial, industrial and residential properties available in the local market.

• Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of the client to reach a favorable bargain.

• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.

• Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels.

• Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
