Positions:
1. Main kitchen Sous Chef
2. Main kitchen production Chef de partie
3. Main kitchen production Demi Chef de partie
4. Banquet kitchen Commis I
5. IRD kitchen Commi I
6. IRD kitchenChef de partie
7. Breakfast Commis I
All you need is:
• Main kitchen or production kitchen experience
• High sense for quality
• Conversational English
• Passionate about food
• 5-star or strong independent restaurant experience
• Candidates MUST be able to physically come for a trial shift, hence overseas applications will not be considered.
