Are you commercially talented and truly customer oriented? Then this job is for you. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales skills. You will drive sales and act as a role model by constantly developing customer relationships to generate leads by building sincere and lasting relationships. You will adhere to the highest standards of boutique operation, including after-sales service. Responsibilities Responsibilities for goods • Set-up of decorations in the morning and collection in the evening. • Conduct daily morning and evening jewelry inventory. • Make sure the windows are closed and locked and keep track of the movement of the keys. • Document all movement of jewelry in display cases and report quantity changes to Senior Management. • Make sure that all decorations in display cases are displayed correctly; marked, cleaned, polished, in proper shape and in working order. • Understanding the processes of repair, movement, transfer and storage. Requirements • Experience in sales of high-end jewelry and diamonds in the world’s largest jewelry houses from 3 years • Perfect knowledge of Russian and English languages. Ukrainian and Polish optional. • Presentable appearance • Having a homologous or other specialized education Sales Responsibilities • Compliance with and implementation of the sales plan • Control and assistance in the successful closing of transactions by other managers • Daily summary of “warm” clients • Work on cold traffic, search for clients • Working with a warm base. Requests to Instagram and other social networks • Conducting meetings on the territory of the showroom and on the road Working conditions • Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 10 to 7. If necessary, work on weekends. • Official registration in the state and work visa of the UAE. • Insurance • Salary + percentage of personal sales and controlled department.
