We are looking for an Admin/Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Reconcile financial statements.
• Prepare, send invoices as per the requirement.
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
• Identify and address discrepancies.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven work experience as an Accounts executive or similar role.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
