Job Description:
• Experience in Telecom Testing and Test management
• Experience in API, BSS, OSS Testing
• Experience in Jira , Confluence , Real time dashboard reporting
• Experience in Defect management and Follow-ups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Monitor, manage and enforce quality gate processes to prevent defect seepage into downstream test processes or production
• Review all non- functional requirements that are passing through the area to ensure they are clear and testable
• Ensure test requirement tractability and coverage
• Work closely with the test leads across other technical areas to ensure there is a joined up and end to end testing for programme
• Monitor key metrics to drive decisions and initiatives around test process for continuous improvements
• Continually assess tool usage in the test function to ensure optimum performance and work with the tools team to drive improvements and change where necessary
• Initiate and implement the use of a QA knowledge base in the 13.Testing area and also ensure that there is ongoing maintenance of knowledge artefacts
