Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and managing a team of professionals.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as cross-sell potential between existing customers and new customers.
Exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Strong sales background with UAE/ regional experience
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience in a managerial role with a bank
Strong written and verbal communication skills
