At Finesse Global we are looking for Analyst Business Support & Operations (Digital Channels), Location: Dubai
Implementation, support and enhancement of digital channel applications to align with business growth, bank’s technology standards and security policies. 5+ years of experience in supporting digital channels in banking domain.
Handling multiple technical delivery at a time, handling development of new interfaces & digitization initiatives, Delivering business initiated change requests.
Ensure optimum availability of assigned IT Services by implementing monitoring and controls. Troubleshooting, debugging, and timely resolution of reported problem. Technical glitches are reported to vendors and regular follow-up till resolution. Ensure timely update of bug fixes and releases by following approved change and release management processes. Enhancement of support and maintenance contracts. Ensure safety, security and integrity of enterprise data. Ensure satisfactory audit ratings through strict adherence of policies, processes and procedures. Prepare and submit KPI, KRI, and IT Services availability reports.
