We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients, who are in the floral design services industry and is one of the leading luxury floral design brands in the Middle East. The brand stands for fashionable flower arrangements, event floristry, VIP and bespoke gifting, and luxurious home products. The potential candidate will be responsible to direct and guide the activities of sales to increase sales and maximum profit
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Identify and approach new clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Direct and coordinate all sales activities
Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures
Track and Analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Make data informed to drive performance and resource allocation
Set sales quotas and goals
Oversee and direct performance of the sales team
Define and execute sales plans
Forecast sales and create budgets
Plan and direct the hiring and train new sales Representative
المهارات
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team
