Job Description
• Preparation of LOD’s
• Manage the tenant’s fit-out/services and co-ordination working with tenant coordinators, and contractors to complete tenant fitout on schedule and according to approved plans in order to expedite rent commencement dates
• Review & Approval all work permits for both in-house and external contractors’ work
• Establishing and implementing the leasing and retail delivery strategy throughout the Project.
• Managing the retail design and delivery process between the tenant and contractors.
• Evaluation and approval of the tenant submissions and drawings.
• Set up Tenants Fit-out Criteria procedures, tenant coordination manual and design control documents.
• Direct and monitor issues related to internal design & tenants fit-out to ensure that they comply with Mall requirements & policies.
• Carrying out regular inspections once tenant fitout commenced.
• Carrying out safety inspections and implementing safety standards to have a safe workplace.
• Carrying out periodic inspections of existing retail units and issuing reports to Management and Tenants.
• Should be well experience in AutoCAD, and should have good knowledge in technical detailing.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in a design-related field
• Experience in the shopping Mall industry or the commercial real estate industry
• Experience working in tenant fitout work
• Experience working with Autocad
Ability to work across multiple types of design
