Position Title:  Assistant Restaurant Manager

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal

An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai

Job Description:

Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues
Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly
Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels
Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant’s quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly
Lead the team to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices

المهارات
Qualifications:

40 years old and below
At least 2 years’ experience in a related role from any 4* or 5* hotel or multi cuisine/ international cuisine restaurant
Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
