Location: Dubai
• Contract: 6 months, extendable
• Experience: 1+ years in insurance industry (Must)
• Experience in client relationship, accounts handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Salary: up to AED 8K

Job Description:
• To respond to customer, broker and distributer servicing requests in line with documented guidelines and rules to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, procedures, selling and retention techniques.
• Ensure AML policies are adhered to and satisfactorily documented.
• Review problems and communicate with appropriate personnel to obtain information when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries through appropriate media.
