To produce cakepops, cakesicles, decorated royal icing cookies is a plus.
To make and prepare different pastries, icings, macarons is a plus.
Able to do 3D and wedding cakes.
To produce different cake fillings based on the cake flavors and clients preferences.
To make figure toppers neatly in 2D and 3d using fondant, gumpaste, modelling chocolate paste
To prepare cakes, cupcakes and pastries for every day sell
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.

Passionate in baking.
Great attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to use various cake equipment and tools.
Proficient in applying the right ingredients to achieve excellent taste and food quality in all preparations.
