We are seeking a permanent Group Account Director to lead the Client Servicing team of an exciting creative experience agency in Dubai.
Dependent on experience, the salary range is AED30-35k per month.
About the role:
• Daily management of the Client Servicing team.
• Be accountable for the team’s professional growth and resource allocation.
• Drive client growth through a strategic approach and relationship development.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, identify commercial opportunities, and maximize revenue growth.
• Provide strategic direction and tactics for client accounts based on marketing and business objectives.
• Track and report team performance for accountability, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
About you:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experienced as a senior manager.
• Exemplary client service skills and ability to extend client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and positive attitude towards peak workloads.
