Al Nabooda Interiors – Fit Out Division is looking for a Business Development Manager, The candidate shall be capable of leading initiatives to enlarge the scope of business for the company, with excellent contacts amongst designers and architects in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities to pursue and create enquiries for Fit out and Major Renovations in Interior Decoration
• Ability to analyze the market and establish competitive advantages in order to identify business opportunities and bring new projects
• Outstanding Presentation/Communication skills
• Establish and achieve marketing plans and sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements:
• Business Development experience (minimum 5 years) in related industry (Interior Fit Out/ Architecture/Real Estate/Furniture/Construction) with a successful track record.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong negotiation skills
