• We are on the lookout for a charismatic go-getter with an extensive client base in the Commercial Interior Fit out sector within the UAE.
• The ideal candidate will be well accustomed to #leadgeneration and successfully converting proposals to Wins.
• Well organised in targeting various avenues for creating fresh prospects and growing a strong portfolio of clients.
• Should be comfortable in presenting design & commercial proposals directly to clients.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in a # commercial/ residential/ retail Interior Fit.
• Strong communication skills and should be well groomed.
• Generating sales, selling and negotiating prices, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
• Maintaining relationships and following up on existing clients.
• Identifying, meeting, and concluding new business deals.
• Developing a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with all potential #Consultants, #Customers, and #agencies.
• Ensuring that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators.
• Helping the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.
