Hiring Technical Support Service Senior Software Engineer in Dubai.
Experience: 10+Years.
Notice Period: 15 to 30 days Maximum.
JD:
• Degree/Diploma Holder (Electronic Eng or IT Technology) with a minimum 10 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer.
• Preferred to have worked for IBM or other Tier 1 or Tier 2 Service Provider.
• Preferred knowledge of IBM processes for managing customer SW incidents.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of IBM support structure and escalation processes.
• Highly proficient in using IBM, or other leading SW vendor’s diagnostic tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a positive attitude to team working and collaboration.
• Able to analyse a customer situation and ensure an action plan is developed to resolve the Incident in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to manage an out of hand SW situation at a customer.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of industry leading SW packages.
• Preferred knowledge of leading public cloud platforms.
