We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident female Sales Manager to join our team at TOPSTRETCHING. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
• Fluency in Russian
• Proven sales experience, preferably within the fitness industry
• A highly motivated individual that thrives in a sales environment
• Confident lady with a can-do attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs
